I am writing to you all again to remind and request that when sending any official quotes, that you copy in the blind copy of your email address block the following address. With this I can then see what we are quoting and at times give you some insight into how we can possibly close the deal easier or what fabric is at the dye house etc. It also gives me a feel of what is being requested and what orders we are quoting and not getting. With this knowledge, we can make corrective decisions on price or any other factors that may be causing us to loose orders.
I have requested you to do this but actually nobody is following my request.
Lastly, I have attached a screen dump of what your quotation should look like when you address it. Please note the subject column as this will help you find the quote if you need to look it up on the Blog records. Below is the link to view the Blog where we all the quotes we do go to, you are welcome to keep an eye on the Blog and add any feedback to me or the person quoting if you have any input.
