My name is Laura du Plessis, and I work for the Marketing and Production Department at The Holiday Club. We are a large organization, and our priority is to service our 90 000 member base to the best of our ability.

 

I have gone into your web-site during the course of today, and would to ask a few questions:

 

Ø       We are looking at ordering in bulk – Golf Shirts for our members.[Grant Reid]  Great! we are your best choice and would love to assist. 

Ø       Do you only offer White Golf Shirts? (2^nd page on your site)[Grant Reid]  We offer a variety of basic golfers spanning 11 stock colours in our basic golf shirt code G165.  As we are a manufacturer, we are also able to manufacturer you something that incorporates your corporate colours etc.  Attached is two pages from my catalogue.  Page 15 is just the basic golfer in our stock colours (G165), and page 16 is an idea of what we can do with the same fabrics, but adding a collar and cuff in your colours (our code G65 spec).  Of course the options don't stop here, we can do men's and ladies or even a panel inserts or any design you may require.  One option you can see here 

Ø       The prices that are on your list have indicated “price list as from 01.08.2006”, would it be possible for you to e-mail a price list through to me on the Golf Shirts?[Grant Reid]  I will send you our price list on a separate mail as this one is getting a bit big.  I would be able to confirm better pricing on bigger quantities, so when you are ready we can meet to discuss. 

Ø       We would like our company logo embroidered on these Golf Shirts – this would obviously be an additional cost – as well as the delivery time.[Grant Reid]  We do in-house embroidery and delivery depends on if we have the stock on our floor or if we are making a special make up. To do just embroidery is around two weeks. 

Ø       Would you be able to send an e-mail to me on prices of peak caps? We would like to have embroidery on these as well.[Grant Reid]  sure please go to my caps on www.rsaleisurewear.co.za and click on the caps link.  Again I can quote better pricing on bigger quantities.  I will attach my cap price list with the garment price list on the next email.  Secondly, I will send you some info on RSA Leisurewear and why we should be your garment supplier of choice.
